Junior Team Dressage report - Debbie Mace
The team was made up of Alice, Joanne, Carrie and Joe the oldest of
whom is 14 years old. Considering they are a very young team in
comparison with the other clubs they rode extremely well and
achieved a very creditable 3rd place.
We also had some individuals competing for us with a new member
Harriet Allen making her Deben debut on her new horse Morris, they
will make a formidable pair in time to come.
Individual placings were Isaac 10th, Joe 7th, Carrie 6th and 2nd,
joanne 5th and 7th, Alice 6th and Harriet 15th.
The Pairs dressage was won by Joe and Isaac riding Victor and Domino
and both boys were extremely pleased with their performance on the
day.
These results are subject to change once the results have been
verified by Briony at Area level once vaccinations have all been
cleared.
Well done to all with special thanks to Mike and Sarah for all their
help with training and support and also to Jill Hillyard and Sue
Stanbridge for organising this event, and to all the helpers on and
before the day
