Area 14 Dressage held at Trinity Park on the 7th May. This event was organised by Deben Riding Club and ably hosted by Jill Hillyard. Although the weather was against us we won 1st and 2nd places with our Junior Teams and 1st with our Junior Pairs.
The Team that gained first place were Jess Mace on Medicine Man, Emily Verrill on Bailey, Ellen Wilton on Jou Jou and Posy Ash on The Irishman.
The team that were placed second were Jess Mace on Maximillian Mondino, Joseph Mace on ILPH Buffy, Posy Ash on Miller's Gift and Alice Simpson on Just Albie.
Our third team which was placed 5th in the Qualifier and 6th in the Area and consisted of Olivia Davitt, Joanne Pare, Amy Hunter and Grace Harbottle.
Grace Harbottle on Spot the Difference and Jess Mace on Medicine Man (shown from left to right below) respectively took the Junior Pairs Dressage title and Grace was also the highest placed individual in her arena not part of a qualifying team and therefore qualified for a place at the British Riding Club National Championships held at Lincoln. Sarah Squirrell also qualified as a Senior Individual and is also travelling to Lincoln.
